While still in the preliminary planning stages, the pricing details are too early to be released. Vaughan condos are priced around $700 per square foot but it's possible that pricing could be higher for this condo as it is expected to be a boutique luxury mid rise condo. Additionally, since the condo is located near The Board of Trade Country Club Golf Course and The National Golf Club, an additional premium will be placed for this amenity. We expect at least $750 per square foot for this condo, and with that estimation:

Rental Rate Details:
The rental rates in Woodbridge are around $3.00 per square foot. So a 500 square foot condo will get approximately $1,500 per month. We expect the rental figures at The Country Club Condominiums to be lower than $3.00 per square foot as the size of the units will be significantly larger. A one bedroom condo can be 500 square feet but could be 800+ square feet at The Country Club. As the size of the unit increase, the rent per square foot will decrease. Not by much, but we do expect rental rates to be near $2.50 - $2.75 per square foot.
The Country Club Condos is at the planning stages. Building details will changes as public consultations and city of Vaughan negotiations take place. The current proposal is to build a mid-rise condominiums at 9 storeys and 192 units. There are heritage challenges and density challenges to this project. The area is surrounded by single family homes and approvals are needed to add density.
Parking details have not yet been announced but we expect at the very least 192 parking spots in this condo. Unlike downtown developments that have a lot less parking spots to units, we expect at least 1 parking spot per unit in this condo.
Two world famous golf courses including The Board of Trade Country Club and The National Golf Club will attract golfers from all over the world to this area. In addition, there are many nearby parks including Boyd Conservation Area, Kortright Centre for Conservation, Rainbow Creek Park and Vaughan Grove Sports Park. Highway access is also very convenient with Highway 400 and Highway 427 only minutes away.
