One of the most popular areas for new condos has been Yonge and Eglinton. A slew of new condos have been released recently which include Neon Condos, Allure Condos, Madison Condos, and 30 Roe Condos. Since Yonge & Eglinton is the most central part of Toronto, it is no wonder that condos in the Midtown neighbourhood are selling so fast.

With such high demand for this area, the upcoming E Condos at the North-East corner of Yonge & Eglinton (8 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto) will be one of the most sought after projects of the year for both the Yonge & Eglinton area and for Toronto!

E Condos will have a North and a South Tower. A 64 and 44 Story tower have been proposed with the City of Toronto, but my sources indicate that a 57 Story Tower is more likely to get approved. The premium tower will naturally be the South Tower because it is located right at the corner of Yonge & Eglinton, but we expect the entire project to sell out indiscriminately. E Condos has proposed 1166 Residential Units and 371 Parking Spots. Will that many actually be built? Only time will tell.

What makes this building so unique is:

1)   Direct Access to Eglinton Station from E Condo. If you need parking, expect to pay a very high price for it!

2)   Direct Access to Eglinton Square & Canada Square. You can now enjoy shopping, dining & two movie theatres without ever going outside.

3)   Built by Bazis (1 Bloor Condo, Emerald Park Condos, Exhibit Condos, Crystal Blu Condos). Bazis is one of the most reputable and luxurious builders in the industry.

4)   Also, the pricing has not been released yet but we are expected a price per square foot around $650-$750. Compare that to Yonge & Bloor which is now going for $1200!
