First Peek at New NXT Condo

January 11, 2011 - Updated: January 11, 2011

I had a chance to do a Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for the new NXT Condo today for a client. Now the suites look beautiful and the workmanship was excellent but a suite needs to have all the common elements ready as well before I consider it complete.

Make sure to note down everything you see in your first PDI because it takes up to four months to fix everything. You will have a chance to do another inspection 30 days after you move in and 1 year after you move in but write down early to get it fixed as soon as possible and make sure to remind the customer service department to get them to fix it faster.

The PDI went by very smoothly though, the representative from Cresford noted everything we asked them to and even made a few notes that we missed. I'm looking forward to seeing the building a few months from now once all the residents are moved in. And on a side note, the PDI's should definitely be longer than thirty minutes. That much time is not nearly enough to look through the entire suites. Here are a few pictures of the suite:

I'd never played a cop before, and this particular role with what she is going thru, especially during the first season, covering her alcoholism to her on the job performance, was a great opportunity for me as an actress.

Hollywood didn't know if I was an actor or a nut or if I was this crazy character I was playing. I had developed an image of being a little bit unusual, different and wild.

In Vegas, I got into a long argument with the man at the roulette wheel over what I considered to be an odd number.
