Canary District Condos has proudly joined the West Don Lands neighbourhood. With the Pan Am games of 2015 soon approaching, the City of Toronto and many top developers are rushing to transform this neighbourhood into something us Torontonians can be proud of.
The first condo to sell in this neighbourhood is River City. River City was launched almost 2 years ago & Phase 2 of River City followed last fall. Today, Waterfront Toronto & Dundee Kilmer have announced a new project in the West Don lands neighbourhood which will be called Canary District Condos.
Canary Condos will be located at Front & Cherry St and will be priced from the low $200,000’s. If River City is any indication, the price per square foot for Canary Condos will be between $500 to $550 per square foot. Other than the rendering shown above, not much else is known about Canary District Condos. With the marketing campaign already underway, this could only mean that the launch of Canary District Condos is only a few weeks away.
