As a realtor, we get hundreds of advertisements for new condo openings to get us to go down to the presentation centres and get more information on the builder’s new project. Most of these advertisements, e-mail or mail, go directly to the garbage bin (either the real garbage bin or the computers garbage bin). Every once in a while though, the builders sends an advertisement that cannot be thrown away. This was the case with Canary District Condos. Check out the “Box” I received the other day.

While most ads consist of a simple e-mail or a standard postcard, Canary District Condos has gone 5 steps further. If their advertising is any indication of the quality of their project, then I will definitely be looking forward to visit their presentation centre and determining if this project is right for my investors and/or end users.

Since I already am a huge fan of the West Don Lands neighbourhood, I have big expectations for Canary District Condos and thus far, they have not disappointed. Take a look at the rendering of Canary Condos below:

Canary District Condos Joins Toronto's West Don Lands Neighbourhood

Canary District Condos in West Don lands Neighbourhood Rendering Canary District Condos has proudly joined the West Don Lands neighbourhood. With the Pan Am games of 2015 soon approaching, the City of Toronto and many top developers are rushing to transform this neighbourhood into something us Torontonians can be proud of.

The first condo to sell in this neighbourhood is River City. River City was launched almost 2 years ago & Phase 2 of River City followed last fall. Today, Waterfront Toronto & Dundee Kilmer have announced a new project in the West Don lands neighbourhood which will be called Canary District Condos.

Canary Condos will be located at Front & Cherry St and will be priced from the low $200,000’s. If River City is any indication, the price per square foot for Canary Condos will be between $500 to $550 per square foot. Other than the rendering shown above, not much else is known about Canary District Condos. That is soon to change though because radio advertisements as well as other marketing campaigns regarding Canary District have begun. Listen to Chum FM (104.5) for the 5 mintue long radio ad.

With the marketing campaign already underway, this could only mean that the launch of Canary District Condos is only a few weeks away.
