Four years in the making, the corner of Weston Rd & Highway 7 in Vaughan finally has a name. The 3 condos at 7777 Weston Rd will be named Centro Square Condos. Until now, Centro Square Condos was known only as 7777 Weston Rd Condos.

We knew that Liberty Developments would eventually name the condo with more then just a civic address, we just did not expect it to take 4 years! That being said, while the progress has been slow, there have been multiple rumours in the past month or so that suggest the launch of Centro Square Condos is imminent. A few weeks back, one of our trusted sources pointed to a August 2012/September 2012 launch. With the project finally having a name, it leads us to believe that the launch will actually happen this time!

Now that we finally have a name for the 7777 Weston Rd Condo, lets take a quick look at the renderings:

Also, there is a new billboard at the intersection that shows a closed curtain. We don't have a picture of it yet, but we will be sure to snap one up the next time were in the area.
